GREAT POSSIBILITIES SURROUND US

My Dear Friends in Christ,

"The Leaven" greets you in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who demonstrated over and over to His disciples that there is more to be drawn out of life, than what we have already seen or experienced.

All we have to do is read the Gospels, and see example after example.  Even the Gospel chosen for today is a typical example of what I mean.  (Matthew 14:13-21).

In it, Jesus challenged His disciples to see the great possibilities that exist in their very midst.  It was a moment for them to have faith, think, and dream. Instead they concentrated on difficulties rather than possibilities. Hence they had no solution; not until Jesus made demands of them; then they began to dream, and the hungry were fed.

It was Walt Disney who said; "All our dreams can come true-if we have the courage to purse them."

Do you have a dream to fulfill? Pursue it; it's not too late.  The excitement and challenge it will bring you can add many more years to your life, and that could mean life more abundantly.

Every blessing.

Yours in Christ,

Augustine Joseph
